We at Velmukha are deeply committed to ensuring every spiritual treasure reaches you in perfect condition and brings divine peace. Due to the sacred nature of our products, we follow a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly refund & replacement policy.
Refund & Replacement Eligibility
We offer a 3-day replacement/refund policy only for items that are:
- Damaged during transit (broken, cracked, or physically defective)
- Defective (manufacturing fault affecting use)
- Wrong item received (incorrect product or variant)
Important:
- We do not accept returns or replacements for change of mind, size/fit issues, quality perception, personal preference, or minor natural variations in Rudraksha/Karungali beads (color, size, texture – these are natural and part of authenticity).
- Items that have been damaged, washed, or altered by the customer, or not returned in original packaging/condition, are not eligible.
Refund & Replacement Request Time Limit
- You must raise the request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests after 3 days will not be accepted.
Replacement Process :
- Initiate Request Contact us via WhatsApp or email at support@velmukha.com within 3 days. Provide:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos and unboxing video (mandatory) showing the issue
- Verification Our team will review your request and media within 24–48 hours.
- Resolution
- If approved, we will arrange free pickup (if required).
- The product will be inspected upon receipt.
- A replacement (same item or equivalent) will be shipped at no extra cost (free shipping both ways).
- Replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after verification.
- Refund Option If replacement is not possible or preferred, a full refund (product cost only; shipping charges non-refundable unless our error) will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (PhonePe/UPI/Razorpay).
Cancellation Charges Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Cancellation allowed only within 1 hour of order placement (before processing begins). No cancellation fees apply.
- Velmukha Cancellation: If we cancel due to stock unavailability or logistics issues, no fees are charged and full refund is issued.
