- These Terms govern your use of the Website, placement of orders, and all transactions with Velmukha.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance.
- All products are sacred spiritual items (Rudraksha, Karungali, Murugan Vel/Kappu, etc.) and are considered final sale once delivered, subject to the Refund & Return Policy.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use the Website or make purchases.
- You agree not to use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability. We will notify you if any item is out of stock.
- Payment is accepted via PhonePe Payment Gateway (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability).
- All payments are processed securely. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping time: 5–7 business days across India (4 – 6 days in Tamil Nadu).
- Free delivery on all prepaid orders (no minimum amount).
- Delays may occur during peak festivals (Thai Pusam, Diwali). We will keep you updated.
- Incorrect/incomplete address may incur redelivery charges.
5. Refund, Return & Replacement
- Please refer to our separate Refund & Return Policy for full details.
- Returns/replacements are allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery.
- No returns for change of mind, size, or personal preference.
- All refunds processed within 3–5 business days to original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website (images, text, logos, product descriptions) is owned by Velmukha/Gencloud LLP.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Products are provided “as is”. We make no warranties beyond those stated in product descriptions.
- Velmukha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or products.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
