We at Velmukha are committed to delivering your sacred spiritual treasures (Rudraksha, Karungali, Murugan Vel/Kappu, etc.) safely, promptly, and with devotion. Below are the complete details of our shipping process.
Shipping Time
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–6 business days
- Note: During peak festival periods (Thai Pusam, Pongal, Diwali, etc.), delivery may take 1–2 extra days due to high volume. We will keep you updated via email/WhatsApp.
Prepaid Orders (Tamil Nadu)
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
Example:
If you place an order on Monday night, it will be dispatched on Tuesday morning, so delivery will happen accordingly.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders usually take 2–4 working days for delivery.
Free Delivery
- Free Delivery is available on all prepaid orders (no minimum order value).
- We cover the entire shipping cost to ensure your divine blessings reach you without extra burden.
Shipping Partner
- We use Shiprocket – one of India’s most reliable logistics aggregators.
- You will receive real-time tracking updates via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Courier partners include Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others (depending on your location).
Shipping Charges & Fees
- Prepaid Orders:
₹0 – Free Delivery - Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available for selected locations. To confirm your order and reduce fake bookings, a partial advance payment of ₹49 is required at checkout. The remaining amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
Note:
The ₹49 advance payment will be adjusted in your total order amount and is not an extra charge.
Redelivery Charges:
If delivery fails due to wrong/incomplete address or customer unavailability after 2 attempts, a redelivery fee of ₹100–₹200 may apply depending on the location.
Delivery Conditions & Responsibility
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including landmark, PIN code, and contact number).
- Velmukha is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
- If the package arrives damaged or tampered, refuse to accept it from the courier and immediately contact us with photos – we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
- All products are carefully inspected, blessed, and packed with devotion before dispatch.
